摘要
设计并制作了10种不同结构的玻璃微流控芯片。向微混合器中通入NaOH的水溶液和酚酞的乙醇溶液,借助体视显微镜(CCD)拍摄微通道中两流体的颜色变化,并测定红色液流的宽度,计算出各种结构微混合器的混合程度。最终优选出连续半圆结构、圆柱结构、扇形结构的3种微混合器,其混合程度均为100%。该实验的进行,大大提高了学生的创新能力,为学生进行科研工作打下了良好的基础。
Ten kinds of glass microfluidic chips with different structures have been designed and fabricated.A sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and a phenolphthalein ethanol solution are introduced into the micromixer and the color changes of the two fluids in the microchannel are photographed with the help of a stereomicroscope(CCD).The width of the red liquid flow is measured,and the mixing degree of various micromixers is calculated.Finally,three kinds of micro-mixers with the continuous semi-circular structure,cylindrical structure and sector structure are selected,and the mixing degree is 100%.This experiment greatly improves the students’innovative ability and lays a good foundation for their future research work.
