摘要
结合轻化工程专业的实践经验,以科研课题为基础,设计了综合教学实验:基于石墨烯增强的CdTe量子点电化学发光法测定过氧化氢。此实验具有学科交叉性、综合性、应用性以及前沿性,学生可掌握量子点和石墨烯纳米材料的制备方法及表征技术,掌握红外光谱仪、荧光光度计和紫外可见分光光度计的结构及操作方法,了解高倍透射电镜和原子力显微镜的原理、制样方法及操作技能。
In combination with the practical experience in the Light Chemical Engineering specialty,and based on the research project,a comprehensive teaching experiment,i.e.,the determination of H 2O 2 by the electrogenerated chemiluminescence method based on the CdTe quantum dots-graphene system is designed.This experiment is interdisciplinary,comprehensive,applied and frontier.Students can master the preparation methods and characterization techniques of quantum dots and graphene nanomaterials,master the structure and operation methods of the infrared spectroscopy,fluorescence spectrophotometer and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,and understand the principles,sample preparation methods and operation skills of high power transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy.
