MATLAB语言在堆场门机轨道梁计算中的应用

摘要 针对门机移动荷载作用下轨道梁的计算,以文克勒(Winkler)局部弹性地基假设和该假设的理论解为基础,采用MATLAB语言编程,一次性完成受力计算和包络图绘制,并得出最不利荷载组合和最不利截面位置。应用该程序,具体计算承载能力极限状态持久组合下梁的内力和变形,并分析梁端约束和梁长对内力的影响。本程序对理解门机轨道梁受力特点和计算工程实际问题具有一定的指导意义。 Aiming at the calculation of gantry crane track beam under moving loads,based on the local elastic foundation hypothesis proposed by Winkler and the theoretical solution of this hypothesis,this paper completes the calculation and envelope diagrams at once,obtains most unfavorable load combination and position of critical section by using MATLAB program,applies this program to calculate the inter force and deformation of the beam under permanent combination of ultimate limit states,and analyzes the influence of beam-end constraint and beam length on inter force.This program has a certain guiding significance for the understanding of gantry crane track beam mechanical characteristics and calculation of practical engineering problems.
