考虑风电不确定性的微电网小时前最优调度 被引量:1

Optimal Hour-Ahead Scheduling of Micro-Grid Considering Wind Power Uncertainty

摘要 微电网由风力发电机与燃油/燃气发电机联合供电,因无法准确预测接下来1 h内的风力发电量,该不确定性在很大程度上会影响小时前调度的准确性。因此,在供电侧利用信息差决策理论(IGDT)提出风险管理模型,并利用预测校正近端乘子(PCPM)法设计得到小时前最优电价。基于该电价的需求响应机制,实现了用户侧效益、供电侧效益和社会效益的最大化,同时,最大化风电可波动区间,使得供电侧免受风电不确定性所造成风险的影响。最后,通过数值仿真算例验证了本文所提微电网小时前最优调度框架的有效性。 The supply of the micro-grid was the coordination of a wind power generator and a fuel/gas generator.Because the wind power generation in the next hour cannot be predicted accurately,this uncertainty will largely affect the accuracy of hour-ahead scheduling.Therefore,the risk management model based on the information gap decision theory(IGDT)was proposed in the supply side.And an optimal hour-ahead electricity price was designed by the predictor corrector proximal multiplier(PCPM)algorithm.The demand response mechanism based on the price could maximize the profit of the demand side,the supply side and the society.In the meantime,the region where the wind power generation was permitted to fluctuate was maximized.Therefore,the supply side was protected from the risk arising from the uncertainty of wind power generation.Finally,the effectiveness of the optimal hour-ahead scheduling in micro-grid was validated by the numerical simulation example.
