摘要
为了提升猫泌尿系统造影技术并提供相关疾病诊断方法,采用低张法和腹部加压法,分别以420 mg/kg、720 mg/kg、1 020 mg/kg剂量的碘海醇为造影剂,进行静脉注射,对猫排泄性尿路造影进行了研究。试验结果显示:在低张组,肾盂和输尿管在造影剂注射后180~300 s显影最佳;在腹部加压组,肾盂和输尿管在造影剂注射后300~600 s显影最佳。在低张组,造影图像质量随碘海醇剂量的增加而增加(1 020 mg/kg>720 mg/kg> 420 mg/kg),而在腹部加压组,随碘海醇使用剂量增加,造影图像质量变化不明显,低剂量碘海醇(420 mg/kg)就能够达到诊断要求。腹部加压法优于低张法,可以用于猫泌尿系统的相关研究及临床诊断。
To improve the urography technique of urinary system in cats and provide the diagnostic methods for related diseases,both methods of low tension and abdominal compression were adopted by the doses of 420 mg/kg、720 mg/kg、1 020 mg/kg iohexol as radiocontrast agent to explore the excretory urography technique of cats.The results show that in the low tension group,renal parenchyma shows best development effect at 60 s after radiocontrast agent injection,and ureteropelvic shows best at 180~300 s.In the abdominal compression group,renal parenchyma shows best development effect at 300 s,and ureteropelvic shows best at 300~600 s.The quality of urography image increases with the increase of iohexol doses in low tension group(1 020 mg/kg>720 mg/kg>420 mg/kg),but the quality of urography image has no significant changes with the increase of iohexol doses in abdominal compression group.Low doses iohexnol(420 mg/kg)can meet the diagnostic requirements.The results indicate that the abdominal compression method is superior to the low tension method,and can be used in related study and clinical diagnosis of the urinary system in cats.
