摘要
目的探讨"标准化病人"应用于骨科住院医师规范化培训过程中的作用和效果。方法将30名骨科住院医师随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用传统临床案例带教教学,研究组采用"标准化病人"教学,通过理论考核、临床技能考核和教学评价评估两种组的教学质量。结果研究组和对照组理论考核成绩分别为(92.31±7.02)分和(79.68±7.38)分,临床技能考核成绩分别为(89.42±6.59)分和(69.73±7.24)分。两组学员理论考核与临床技能考核的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学评价结果表明研究组学员普遍对SP教学满意(P<0.05)。结论在骨科住院医师培养过程中引入"标准化病人"利于激发骨科住院医师的学习兴趣、加深对疾病理解并可提高医患沟通技巧和能力及临床实践能力,利于提高住院医师规范化培训质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of standardized patient(SP)in orthopaedic resident standardized training.Methods Thirty orthopaedic residents were randomly assigned into sham group and study group.Traditional clinical case teaching was used in sham group and"standardized patient"teaching was used in study group.The quality of teaching was assessed by theoretical examination,clinical skills examination and teaching evaluation.Results The results of theoretical examination in study group and sham group were(92.31±7.02)and(79.68±7.38)points respectively,and the results of clinical skills examination in study group and sham group were(89.42±6.59)and(69.73±7.24)points respectively.The differences of theoretical examination results and clinical skills examination results between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of teaching evaluation indicated that most of the students in study group were satisfied with SP teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of"standardized patients"in orthopaedic resident standardized training is conducive to promote the learning interest of orthopaedic residents,deepen their understanding disease,improve cure-nurse communication skills and clinical practice ability,and enhance the quality of orthopaedic resident standardized training.
