摘要
本文针对以往聚合物材料的火灾危险性评价考虑聚合物材料燃烧参数不够全面的问题,使用锥形量热仪对PP、PU、PC三种聚合物材料进行燃烧试验,并针对点燃参数、热释放速率、烟气参数、质量损失参数、毒气参数5个方面12个指标运用层次分析法对材料的火灾危险性进行分析,结果发现,仅仅依靠单一的燃烧参数是无法评价材料的火灾危险性的,运用综合评价法能够很好的量化材料的火灾危险性,其中火灾危险性大小排序为PC> PP> PU。
As for the incomplete considering the combustion parameters of polymer materials in the before fire risk evaluation,cone calorimeter is used to conduct combustion tests on three kinds of polymer materials PP,PU and PC,and the AHP analysis is applied to conduct fire risk analyses for 5 aspects of ignition parameters,gas parameters,heat release rate,mass loss parameters and gas parameters,altogether 12 indicators.It is found that only depending on the single combustion parameter is impossible to evaluate fire risks of polymeric materials,the comprehensive evaluation method can well quantize fire risks of materials and the fire risks order PC>PP>PU.
