摘要
对于海洋油气开发工程中输送油气的非粘结柔性管道,其内部压力是管道失效的重要原因之一。对常用的非粘结柔性管道内压失效的理论预测模型进行了讨论,并与三维数值模型所得到的结果比较。为了考虑加工间隙的影响,提出了将弹性力学理论与"填充因子"等效方法相结合的柔性管道结构抗内压能力的分析方法。计算结果表明,柔性管道抗压层间的加工间隙会显著降低结构的抗压能力。理论分析与数值模拟结果吻合良好,在加工间隙不超过0.2 mm的情况下,相对偏差不超过3.38%。该理论预测方法对非粘结柔性管道结构的设计提供了有益的参考。
Internal pressure of unbounded flexible pipes applied in transportation of marine oil and gas is one of the most important reasons of structural failure.Common theoretical prediction models for the burst failure of un-bonded flexible pipe are discussed in this paper.The results are compared with that from three-dimensional numerical simulation.A theoretical method based on the combination of elastic mechanics and"filling factor"equivalence is proposed to investigate the influence of clearance due to manufacturing error.It is shown that anti-pressure capacity of the structure may reduce significantly due to the clearance between pressure armors in the un-bounded flexible pipe.A comparison of the presented method with the numerical simulation verifies the feasibility of this method,which provides a useful reference for the design of the un-bonded flexible pipes.
