摘要
随着导管架结构重量与尺寸的增大,需要采用滑移下水、扶正等操作完成导管架的安装。在导管架的下水过程中,其大部分重量由摇臂承担并且翻转将导管架滑移到水中,受力比较复杂,因此有必要对其受到的应力进行监测。论文采用Sesam软件,对荔湾3-1导管架下水工况作用于船体的载荷进行结构强度分析,得出了不同载荷组合工况的Von mises应力。结果表明:在导管架下水工况下,海洋石油229船体结构及摇臂具有足够的强度,满足规范要求。
With the increase of weight of the jacket,installation of the jacket needs to be completed by launching,upending,and other operations.During the launching process,most of weight of the jacket is borne by the rocker arm,so that monitoring stress is necessary.In this paper,software Sesam is used to analyze the structural strength of LIWAN3-1 jacket launching and the action on the launching barge.Von Mises stresses under different load combinations are analyzed.It is shown that the Haiyangshiyou 229 barge and the rocker arm have sufficient strength to meet the standard requirements under the condition of launching LIWAN3-1 jacket.
