摘要
进一步阐述了领导和管理时空理论的空间视角,提出了维度分析模型。基于领导和管理的时空理论,将组织维度分为方法维度和资源维度,并将两者对应于软实力维度和硬实力维度。其中:软实力维度包括目标和方法系统、利益和权力系统、信仰和价值观系统等;硬实力维度包括人力系统、财力系统和物力系统等。根据对组织系统在空间视角上软实力和硬实力的维度划分,提出了维度兼顾、维度切换和维度转换的思想。维度兼顾是指领导者和管理者既要重视软实力维度,又要重视硬实力维度;维度切换是指领导者和管理者应根据实际情况在不同维度之间灵活切换,有时应侧重于软实力维度,有时应侧重于硬实力维度;维度转换是指领导者和管理者应促进不同维度之间的转换,建立左右相生、良性互动的流程和体系。基于维度分析模型,提出了相应的理论命题和实践方法,总结了理论和实践贡献,并指出了未来的研究方向。
Based on the time-space theory of leadership and management,this paper further elaborates on the dimension of space perspective,and proposes a dimension analysis model.Organizational system is divided into method dimension and resource dimension,which are corresponding with organizational soft power dimension and hard power dimension.Soft power dimension includes goal and approach system,interest and power system,belief and value system and so on;hard power dimension includes human capital,financial capital,material capital and so on.Based on the division of soft power dimension and hard power dimension of organizational system in space perspective,it puts forward the idea of Dimensional Balancing,Dimensional Switching and Dimensional Transforming.Dimensional Balancing means that leaders and managers should pay attention to both soft power and hard power.Dimensional Switching means that leaders and managers should flexibly switch between soft power and hard power according to practical situation.They should pay attention to soft power in some situation,and put emphasis on hard power in other situation.Dimensional Transforming means that leaders and managers should promote the positive mutual transformation between soft power and hard power,and build processes and systems in which different dimensions would positively interact and promote each other.According to the dimension analysis model,it also proposes practical methodologies based on these theoretical propositions for practical activities of leaders and managers,and also summarizes the theoretical and practical contributions,as well as future research directions.
