颌骨囊性病变开窗减压引流术后二次手术方法的研究与探讨

Options of resurgery after decompression and suction drainage in the treatment of jaw cystic lesion

目的:研究颌骨囊性病变开窗减压引流术后的二次手术方法。方法:43例颌骨囊性病变开窗减压引流术后9～18个月,达到二次手术标准的患者,根据开窗术时病理诊断采取不同的手术方式,术后再行病理学观察,随访3～10年,观察手术效果。结果:42例患者恢复良好,1例患者术后6年复发(成釉细胞瘤)。结论:开窗减压引流术后有针对性的二次手术可以有效治疗大多数颌骨囊性病变。

Objective:To analyze the options of resurgery after decompression and suction drainage in the treatment of jaw cystic lesions.Methods:43 patients with jaw cystic lesion were treated by decompression and suction drainage.Afterwards,when the patients reached the standard of resurgery(9-18 months after decompression and suction drainage),they received jaw cystic lesion resection.The patients were followed-up for 3 to 10 years.Results:42 patients recovered well.However,one patient suffered from postoperative recurrence(ameloblastoma)after 6 years.Conclusion:Suitable resurgery after decompression and suction drainage is effective in the treatment of the most jaw cystic lesions.
