摘要
目的:用Meta分析的方法定量评价亚洲人群中5,10-亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性与非综合征性唇腭裂(NSCL/P)易感性的相关性。方法:检索中文数据库CNKI、Wan Fang、CBM及VIP,外文数据库Pubmed、Embase、Web Of Science,检索日期自各数据库建库截至2016-07,用Stata 12. 0软件进行统计分析。结果:纳入15篇病例对照研究。Meta分析结果显示杂合子模型TT vs. CT组[OR=1. 169、95%CI(0. 959-1. 425)](P> 0. 05);其余各模型组T vs. C[OR=1. 333、95%CI(1. 062-1. 672)],P <0. 05; CT vs. CC[OR=1. 484、95%CI(1. 048-2. 101],P <0. 05; TT vs. CC[OR=1. 778、95%CI(1. 091-2. 898)],P <0. 05; TT vs. CC+CT[OR=1. 421、95%CI(1. 027-1. 967)],P <0. 05; CT+TT vs. CC[OR=1. 580、95%CI(1. 098-2. 274)],P <0. 05。结论:MTHFR基因多态性与NSCL/P的患病风险存在相关性。
Objective:To evaluate the association between 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)gene polymorphism and susceptibility to nonsyndromic cleft lip and palate(NSCL/P)in Asian population using meta-analysis.Methods:The studies were screened from Chinese database CNKI,WanFang,CBM,VIP and foreign database Pubmed,Embase and Web Of Science from their inception to July 2016.Software STATA 12.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:15 case-control studies were selected.Meta analysis showed that the correlation between MTHFR polymorphism and susceptibility to NSCL/P Asian population was as following:under heterozygous model TT vs.CT[OR=1.169;95%CI(0.959-1.425)],P>0.05.Under other models:T vs.C[OR=1.333、95%CI(1.062-1.672)],P<0.05;CT vs.CC[OR=1.484、95%CI(1.048-2.101)],P<0.05;TT vs.CC[OR=1.778、95%CI(1.091-2.898)],P<0.05;TT vs.CC+CT[OR=1.42、95%CI(1.027-1.967)],P<0.05;CT+TT vs.CC[OR=1.580、95%CI(1.098-2.274)],P<0.05.Conclusion:MTHFR gene polymorphism is associated with the risk of NSCL/P in Asian population.
