牙髓血管再生术治疗年轻下颌前磨牙畸形中央尖折断所致急性根尖周炎的疗效分析

The effects of pulp revascularization in the treatment of immature mandibular premolar with acute apical periodontitis

目的:评价牙髓血管再生术治疗年轻下颌前磨牙畸形中央尖折断导致的急性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:纳入下颌前磨牙畸形中央尖折断导致急性根尖周炎的年轻恒牙共10例,患者年龄10～13岁,控制感染后,采用牙髓再生术治疗患牙,冠部树脂充填。影像学检查根尖病变及牙根发育情况,随访观察6月～2年。结果:9例疗效为成功,感染症状消失,牙根延长,根尖孔逐渐闭合,根管壁不同程度增厚,根尖病变消失; 1例为有效,感染症状及根尖病变消失,牙根停止发育并伴随根管部分钙化。结论:牙髓再生术可促进急性根尖周炎的年轻下颌前磨牙根尖病变愈合及牙根发育完成。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of pulp revascularization in the treatment of immature mandibular premolar with acute apical periodontitis induced by broken abnormal central cusp.Methods:10 cases of immature mandibular premolar with acute apical periodontitis caused by fractured abnormal central cusp,aged 10-13 years,were included.After controlling inflammation,revascularization of pulp treatment and permanent filling were performed.X-ray observation of the periapical inflammation healing and root development and clinical observation were performed after operation.The patients were followed for 6 to 24 months.Results:All symptoms of periapical inflammation disappeared,root lengthening and thickening were observed in 9 cases.Periapical healing and root development stop with part calcification were observed in 1 case.No case failed.Conclusion:Revascularization of pulp is effective in the treatment of immature mandibular premolar with acute apical periodontitis and can promote root development.
