妊娠期下唇分叶状毛细血管瘤2例及文献复习

Lobular capillary hemangioma in lower lip during pregnancy: 2 cases reports and review of the literatures

以兰州大学第二医院口腔颌面外科收治的2例发生于妊娠期第三阶段下唇分叶状毛细血管瘤患者的病例资料结合文献回顾分析,对妊娠期血管瘤病因、诊断、治疗及预后进行探讨,并就妊娠期激素与该病发生的可能机制进行总结。

2 cases with lobular capillary hemangioma in lower lip during pregnancy were treated in the Department of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery,the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University,and related literatures were reviewed.The mechanism of the development,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis were discussed,meanwhile,the relationship between pregnancy hormone and hemangioma was anslyzed.
