摘要 结合当前环境问题及科研热点,设计了一个由科研课题转化成的化工综合实验-低浓度甲烷催化燃烧综合实验。该实验涵盖CeO_2-MnO_x催化剂的制备、表征及催化性能测试等内容。通过该实验项目学生可掌握X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、固定床反应器及气相色谱在线分析检测的工作原理及操作技能;了解均匀沉淀法、水热法制备催化剂的操作过程及主要特点。强化了学生的基础知识和实验技能,全面提高了学生的综合能力。而且,将科研的思维方法和技能融入到实验教学中,增加了实验教学的趣味性、探索性和研究性,激发了学生的科研热情和创新意识。 Combined with the current environmental problems and research hotspots,a chemical engineering comprehensive experiment-catalytic combustion of lean methane chemical engineering comprehensive experiment,which was transformed from the scientific research project,has been designed.The content of this experiment includes the preparation,characterization and performance test of the CeO 2-MnO x catalysts.Through the proposed comprehensive experiment,the students could understand and grasp the working principle and operation skill of X-ray powder diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,fixed bed reactor and gas chromatography on line detection.Meanwhile,they also could understand the preparation process and characteristics of the homogeneous precipitation and hydrothermal methods,and the experiment strengthens students’knowledge,experimental operation skill and comprehensive ability.Moreover,integrating the scientific thinking methods and skills into experimental teaching increases the interest,exploration and research nature of experimental teaching,and inspires students’enthusiasm for research and innovation.
