高校实验室安全及文化建设研究

Research on Laboratory Safety and Cultural Construction in Universities

近年来,高校实验室安全工作不容乐观,安全工作的不足与安全文化的缺失都给高等教育带来许多隐忧。安全意识淡薄、安全教育不全面深入、准入制度不严格、检查工作不落实都是实验室安全工作面临的问题。因此高校亟需构建实验室安全文化体系,突出核心价值,丰富文化建设手段,建立健全教育考核及准入机制,完善实验室规范设计,严格执行检查制度,使试验管理者与参与者都能形成自发意识,同时又有相应机制强制约束,相辅相成,才能构建高校实验室的安全文化,保障高校实验室及广大实验参与人员的安全。以此,形成良好的安全文化氛围,并成为高等教育的职能传承。

In recent years,laboratory safety work is not optimistic in universities;the lack of safety work and culture brings secret worries for higher education.Laboratory safety work faces on some problems,such as weak safety consciousness,superficial and simple safety education,relaxed access system,and neglectful checking work.Thus,universities desiderate to build a cultural system of laboratory safety,to highlight core value,to develop measures of cultural construction,to establish and improve educational evaluation and access systems,to optimize normative design of laboratory,and to strictly enforce examine system.All administrator sand participators get spontaneous consciousness;some relevant systems are forcible constraint.Only by this way,supplement each other,safety culture of laboratory in universities can be built,the safety of experimental participants can be guaranteed in laboratory.Thus,the climate of safety culture can be formed,which becomes function of higher education to inherit.
