摘要
为了研究装配式钢桁-混凝土组合梁(PSTC)负弯矩区段的变形性能,针对某依托工程桥梁设计制作了一根变截面PSTC试验梁,开展了负弯矩区段变形性能试验研究。针对此梁,提出了一种挠度简化计算方法:将钢桁腹杆等效为钢腹板,从而计入其剪切变形对组合梁刚度的影响,并同时考虑钢与混凝土之间的界面滑移影响。结果表明,该新型组合梁表现出显著的三阶段受力特征。根据简化计算结果,在20 t和47 t荷载作用下,梁的挠度为3.96 mm和8.31 mm,相比试验测试值4.03mm和8.39 mm,计算结果准确,可为同类桥梁提供参考。
In order to research the deformation behavior of the hogging moment section of the assembled prefabricated steel truss-concrete composite beam(PSTC),a variable cross section PSTC test beam was designed and designed for a bridge.Based on this beam,a simplified calculation method of deflection is proposed.The steel truss planer is equivalent to steel web,and the effect of shear deformation on the rigidity of composite beam is taken into account,considering the effect of interface slip between steel and concrete at the same time.The results show that the new composite beam has a significant three-stage force model.According to the simplified calculation results,the calculation of deflection of the beam is 3.96 mm and 8.31 mm under the 20 and 47 load.Compared with the test test values of 4.03 mm and 8.39 mm,the calculation results are accurate and can provide reference for similar bridges.
