摘要
通过对矿用自卸车辆发动机进气系统进行自清洁改进,采用空心杯转子电机作为执行元件,带动滤心转动甩尘,由发动机电脑控制该装置的传感器和执行电机工作,调节所需电机转速,粉尘沉积在排尘口,利用废气引射+气源吹气和主滤清器结构改进共同结合的方式,将粉尘从排尘口排出。仿真分析表明,该装置已达到清洁空气滤清器、提高进气效率的目的,解决了工作在多尘地区矿用自卸车辆的进气系统空滤器经常性堵塞的问题。通过样机实验证明,空气自洁式滤清器使用效率得到显著提高。
The self-cleaning of the engine intake system for the mine dump truck was improved.The hollow cup rotor motor was used as the actuator to drive the filter to rotate the dust.The sensor and the motor were controlled by the engine computer to adjust the required motor.The speed and dust were deposited on the dust exhaust port,and the dust was discharged from the dust exhaust port by means of exhaust gas ejector with air source blowing and main filter structure improvement.According to the simulation analysis,the device has achieved the purpose of cleaning the air filter and improving the efficiency of the intake air,and solves the problem of frequent blockage of the air filter of the intake system for the mine dump truck working in the dusty area.Prototype testing has shown that the efficiency of air self-cleaning filters is improved.
