摘要 为寻找气动电磁阀工作过程中的最佳开度,并减小其噪声和振动,运用FLUENT软件对高压气动电磁阀的内流场进行仿真计算,通过分析阀芯不同开度下流场的压力、速度分布以及密封环受力状况来判断电磁阀最佳开度的位置,并针对流场不均匀位置进行结构优化,然后与原结构流场进行对比。结果表明:经过结构优化后的电磁阀在最佳开度下的流场更加平稳,工作性能有一定的提升,为电磁阀的设计提供了参考。 In order to explore the optimum opening of high-pressure pneumatic solenoid valve,and reduce noise and vibration during the working process,the internal flow field of the pneumatic solenoid valve was simulated by FLUENT software.The pressure and velocity distribution in the flow field of valve spool,and the force situation of seal ring were analyzed under different openings,according to which the optimum opening could be determined.Furthermore,the structure optimization of the non-uniform flow field was also carried out,and then the optimized and original flow structures were compared.The results show that the solenoid valve has more stable flow field and better work performance with the optimal opening,which is valuable for solenoid valve design.
