多功能mPAO的合成及其作为黏度指数改进剂的性能考察 被引量:2

摘要 采用C5~C20超高黏度的煤制聚α烯烃(mPAO)与四亚乙基五胺反应,得到末端含有胺基的黏度指数改进剂(胺化mPAO)。采用油泥斑点分散实验(SDT)和成焦板实验方法考察胺化mPAO的分散性能,利用加压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)和热烘箱氧化法考察其抗氧化性能。结果表明:通过胺化反应消除了分子链末端的双键并引入胺基官能团,合成的多功能型黏指剂胺化mPAO在500SN基础油中具有良好的分散性和抗氧化性。与市售产品相比较,胺化mPAO的分散性能和抗氧化性能更优,可以作为一种多功能的黏度指数改进剂使用,而且工业应用前景较好。 A newly viscosity index improver with end amine groups(Aminated mPAO)was prepared by the polymerization of polyalphaolefins(mPAO)and tetraethylenepentamine.The dispersion property of aminated mPAO was investigated by means of sludge spot distribution test(SDT)and coking plate test,and the oxidation resistance was measured by pressure differential scanning calorimetry(PDSC)and thermal oven oxidation.The results show that the double bond at the end of mPAO molecular chain is eliminated by amination reaction and the amino group is introduced,so the prepared aminated mPAO has good dispersibility and oxidation resistance in 500SN base oil.The dispersion performance and oxidation resistance of amidated mPAO are better than that of commercial product.It can be used as a multi-functional viscosity index improver,which has good industrial application prospect.
