The Development Experience and Implication of Aquatics Leisure Sports in Developed Countries

运用文献资料等研究方法,总结出国外水上运动产业发展渐趋成熟的经验:产品丰富,群众参与广泛;依靠发展滨海、滨水旅游,推动经济发展;同时发展品牌赛事,形成赛事体系;通过水上运动与体育文化相融合形成良好的产业体系。对我国的启示:强化行政管理职能;明确政府管理系统;形成较为完备的政策法规体系;促进水上体育旅游多元化发展;打造品牌赛事形成赛事体系;培养高素质专业复合型人才。

Using literature reviews and other research methods,this paper summarizes the experience onhow overseas water sports industry has become mature during its development.The conclusions are as follows:There are plenty of sports types and the public participation is high;The economy has been developed through coatal and waterfront tourism;Meanwhile,develop brandly sports events and gradually become events system;Combine aquatics leisure sports with other sports culture in order to become a perfect industry system.The enlightenments to China can be illustrated as follows:Strengthen administrative management;Clarify governmental managment system;Form a relatively perfect legal system;Promote diversified sports tourism development;Construct events brand for the establishment of events system;Cultivate interdisciplinary talents for the development of aquatics leisure sports.
