摘要
运用实地调查与访谈法等,对河北省冰雪运动后备人才培养进行研究。认为:河北省可以采取建立冰雪学院等形式,加强对冰雪运动管理人才的培养;通过举办高级培训班等提高教练员的执教水平;通过冰雪运动进校园推进冰雪项目竞技水平的提高;建立各级学校联赛和各类职业联赛的赛事体系,加强运动员的选材与输送;借助协会实体化,建立教育系统、体育系统与社会组织有机融合的人才培养机制;根据河北省区域特点,重点培养雪上项目后备人才。
By the methods of field survey and interview,the cultivation of the reserve athletes of winter sports in Hebei Province has been explored.It is believed that the cultivation of reserve athletes for winter sports in Hebei Province can adopt various measures including establishing institutes of winter sports to strengthen the training of the management talents of winter sports,improving the coaching level through advanced training courses;Promoting the competitive level through the campusbased winter sports,establishing competition systems at all levels of collegiate leagues and various professional leagues to strengthen the selection and transfer of athletes;Establishing a talent training mechanism that integrates education systems,sports systems,and social organizations with the help of the substantiation of associations;Focusing on the reserve athlete training for the snow project according to the regional characteristics in Hebei Province.
