摘要
运用文献资料法,以后现代主义作为研究的切入点,选取户外教育为研究对象。认为:户外教育具有尊重、多元、学生为中心、关注过程、注重亲身参与、建立师生共同体等特征。建议将户外教育的后现代元素加入体育课程中,学生可获得的效益包含:更能享受体育所带来的乐趣、提升参与运动的动机、自我效能的提升、增强独立自主与责任心、适应社会与人际互动能力、促进对环境的知觉与自省等。
By means of literature reviews,this paper takes postmodernism as the pointcut of the research while outdoor education as a research object.It is believed that outdoor education is characterized with respect,diversity,student-centeredness,emphasis on process and personal involvement,and establishment of a whole of teachers and students.It is recommended to add postmodernism elements of outdoor education to the physical education curriculum.Students can obtain following benefits:enjoy more fun on sports,enhance the motivation to participate in sports,improve self-efficacy,strengthen independence and responsibility,adapt to social and interpersonal interaction skills,and promote the awareness and introspectiveness of the environment.
