我国沿海经济技术开发区产出效率与依托母城关系研究

Relationship between Output Efficiency of Coastal Economic and Technological Development Zones in China and Their Dependence on Mother Cities

选取与经济技术开发区开发质量密切相关的产出效率为研究内容,依托母城作为开发区的发展平台,在对比分析第一批沿海开发区产出效率与产出效益差异的基础上,利用主成份因子分析模型找到母城对开发区产出效率的主要影响要素。从发展阶段、地区差异性以及联合时间、地区这两个维度综合分析不同地区开发区的产出效率。研究发现,以多个经济要素作为连接母城与开发区发展的纽带,时空二维参照系下的分析较好地揭示了开发区产出效率的一般发展规律。

This article deals with the output efficiency closely related to the development quality of economic and technological development zones(hereinafter referred to as development zones),and the development platforms provided by mother cities on which development zones rely on.Based on the comparative analysis of the differences in output efficiencies and output benefits of the first batch of coastal development zones,the principal component factor analysis model is used to find the main factors of the mother cities influencing the output efficiency of development zones.Accordingly,the output efficiency of development zones in different regions is analyzed from the perspective of development stages,regional differences and joint times and regions.Results show that multiple economic factors function as the links between mother cities and development zones,which can reveal the general development rules of the output efficiency of development zones within the two-dimensional reference system.
