摘要
肠道免疫系统由肠道特异性免疫与粘膜免疫屏障共同组成,在抵抗病原体入侵,调控肠道通透性,维护肠道与机体健康方面发挥着重要作用。本文系统地对畜禽肠道特异性免疫系统与粘膜屏障进行了阐述,详细总结了植物提取物对肠道免疫关键蛋白的调控机制,以及对其他主要免疫相关因子的影响,并为植物提取物在改善肠道健康,调控肠道免疫方面的理论研究与应用提供了参考。
The gut mucosal immunity system,comprising gut-specific immunity and the mucosal immunity barrier,plays an important role in resisting pathogen invasion,regulating intestinal permeability,and maintaining intestinal and body health.This paper elaborates on gut-specific immunity and the mucosal immunity barrier,and summarizes the regulatory mechanism of plant extracts on key proteins of the intestinal immune barrier,as well as the effects on other immune factors.The data provide a reference for the theoretical study and application of plant extracts in improving intestinal health and regulating intestinal immunity.
