小学体育教师职业忠诚度量表的制定

教师是培养国家有用人才的一个特殊行业,自豪而又神圣。而学生在九年义务教育期间更是少不了这些老师的教育和陪伴,老师在学生身上倾注的时间和汗水是其他职业所不能比拟的。受限于小学体育教师这一职业的特殊性,在翻阅了相关文献发现,研究小学体育教师忠诚度现状的相比研究高等教育教师忠诚度现状的来说较少,并且,在实际的研究中,大多学者注重理论研究。在衡量教师忠诚度的高低上缺乏一个衡量的标准[1]。
