浅析“阳光体育背景下”民办高校体育教学现状——以内蒙古师范大学鸿德学院为例

本文采用文献资料等方法阐述了阳光体育运动的内涵及现实意义。在阳光体育运动背景下针对民办高校体育教学现状进行了简单的分析,对民办高校体育教学改革的现状及有关问题提出了理性的思考。体育教学俱乐部的建立、体育竞赛以及课外体育活动的开展、体育教学中教学手段教学方法的改进为引导学生建立了正确的学习态度。在体育教学改革中进一步充分融入"以人为本""健康第一"的现代教育观,增强学生体能素质,提高学生身体健康水平,养成良好的终身体育锻炼习惯作为民办高校体育改革的指导思想。

In this paper,the methods of literature this paper expounds the connotation of sunshine sports and realistic signif icance.Under the background of sunshine sports for private colleges run by the local sports teaching present situation has carried on the summary analysis,to run by the local private colleges of physical education teaching reform situation and related problems put forward the rational thinking,the establishment of the sports teaching club,sports competition and the development of the extracurricular sports activities,the teaching method improvement of teaching method in physical education teaching to guide students to set up the correct learning attitude.In physical education teaching reform further fully integrated into the"people-oriented"idea of"health f irst"modern education,enhance the students'physical quality,improve the students'physical health level,to form a good habit of lifelong physical exercise as the guiding ideology of private colleges physical education reform.
