新时代背景下农村体育发展之思考——以山西省和顺县为例

文章立足于体育社会学、体育经济学、新时代中国特色社会主义思想等理论的基础之上,采用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对山西省和顺县农村体育现状进行了系统调查、分析与研究。研究发现,农村体育设施资源总量严重不足,配置单一、不合理;体育场所设施保障不力,被侵占、挪用现象严重;基层体育组织机构多都形同虚设;农民体育活动大多处于一种"自发"状态;农民身体素质不尽人意,因病致贫返贫现象严重。加大政府投入,大力推进实施"农民健身工程",改善农村体育环境,以农村学校为体育基地,建立和完善农村体育竞赛制度,建立农村、学校、家庭三位一体的体育发展模式,推进农村体育产业化发展等是新时代农村体育发展的可行之策。

Based on sports sociolog y,economics,new era on the basis of the theor y of socialism with Chinese characteristics,by the methods of documentary,on-the-spot investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the present conditions of the rural sports in Shanxi Heshun system investigation,analysis and research.The research f inds that the total amount of resources of rural sports facilities is insuff icient,and the allocation is unitary and unreasonable.Inadequate protection of facilities and facilities in sports facilities,which have been embezzled and misappropriated;The grassroots sports organizations are mostly empty;Most peasant sports activities are in a"spontaneous"state;The farmers'physical quality is not satisfactory,and the disease is very serious.Increase government investment,vigorously promote the implementation of the"peasant f itness project",improve the rural sports environment,based on rural schools sports base,establish and perfect the system of rural sports contests,the establishment of rural,school,family trinity mode of sports development,promote development of rural sports industrialization is a new era in the development of rural sports is feasible.
