基于CFD的凹印机冷却辊随动性能研究

摘要 本文基于CFD对凹印机冷却辊的随动性能进行了研究。建立了传统冷却辊与喷淋式新型冷却辊的Moving Mesh模型,对冷却辊与主机随动性能进行分析计算,得到不同运转周期冷却辊表面温度的分布云图和散点图,结果表明喷淋式冷却辊达到适合印刷的温度范围所用的时间更短。最后,对理论分析结果进行了实验验证。该研究解决了传统冷却辊与主机的随动性差,冷却效率低的问题。 The servo performance of cooling roller in gravure press is studied based on CFD.The Moving Mesh models of the new spray type and the old traditional cooling rollers are established.Then the servo performance of the new and the old cooling roller is simulated,with the scatter plot and cloud plot of the temperature distribution on the surface of these two cooling rollers obtained.It is showed that the time reaching the temperature required in printing with spray cooling roller is shorter than the old one.Finally,the results are verified by the experiment,with the poor servo performance and the low cooling efficiency problem of the traditional cooling roller solved in the study.
