摘要
根据凹印机多色印刷套准系统工作机理,本文推导建立了无轴传动模式下双色套准误差数学模型,进一步扩展至四色套准数学模型,并针对四色模型设计构建了自抗扰式凹印机套准控制系统及自抗扰控制器,搭建了自抗扰凹印机套准控制仿真系统和实验平台。仿真及实验结果均表明,所构建模型及设计的套准系统很好地抑制了张力和速度干扰的影响,具有很高的套准误差控制精度,能够很好地适应凹印机套准系统强耦合、多干扰的恶劣工作环境。
According to the multi-color printing register system working principle of gravure,a mathematical model of two-color register error in shaftless driving mode is established,and extended to four-color register error model further more.Aiming to this model,a gravure register control system and the active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)controller are designed,and with the simulation system and experiment platform built.The simulation and experimental results show that the model and the designed register control system have a good effect in controlling the influence of the tension and the velocity interference,and this control system can be well adapted to the harsh environment of the gravure register system with strong coupling and multi interference.
