处方前置审核系统在保障患者用药安全中的作用

Role of the Pre-prescription Review System in Ensuring the Safety of Drug Use in Patients

目的利用处方前置审核系统提高合理用药水平。方法对运行处方前置审核系统前后门诊用药情况进行统计分析。结果采用处方前置审核系统后,处方超剂量用药从平均不合格处方率7.10%降到0.14%,药物相互作用从平均不合格处方率0.49%降到0.06%,窗口不合理处方干预流转单平均降低了84%,门诊处方合格率由2016年的79.31%上升到2017的97.79%。结论处方前置审核系统能够做到从源头上对医生不合格处方进行有效干预,提高临床合理用药水平,保障患者用药安全。

Objective To use the pre-prescription review system to enhance the level of rational drug use in clinic.Method The results of outpatient drug application before and after the operation of the pre-prescription review system were statistically analyzed.Result After the use of the pre-prescription review system,the average unqualified prescription rate of prescription overdose decreased from 7.10%to 0.14%,the average unqualified prescription rate of drug interaction dropped from 0.49%to 0.06%,the intervention irrational prescription of the window reduced by 84%,and the rate of qualified outpatient prescriptions increased from 79.31%in 2016 to 97.79%in 2017.Conclusion The pre-prescription review system can effectively intercept and interfere with irrational prescriptions,significantly increase the level of rational drug use in clinic,and ensure the safety of drug use.
