Research on Key Performance Indicator in SPD Management Mode Based on New Hospital Supply Chain

医院新型供应链SPD物资管理模式突破了传统供应链管理模式,提高了医院管理水平,提升了医疗服务质量。但是新管理模式的采用也会带来新的风险,这就要求医院实际操作过程中对关键环节的风险进行辨识,制定合理的绩效考核指标,定期对合作方服务进行综合评价。探讨设计了SPD物资管理模式下绩效考核指标,以便更好地监督和控制SPD第三方公司的配送工作。

The new SPD supply chain material management mode breaks through the traditional supply chain management mode,and improves the hospital management level and the medical service quality.However,the application of new management mode will also bring new risks,which requires the hospital to identify the risk of key links in actual operation process,work out reasonable key performance indicator,and make periodical comprehensive evaluation of partner services.The paper discusses the design of key performance indicator in SPD material management mode in order to better supervise and control the distribution work of SPD third party company.
