摘要
由于医疗卫生服务行业的特殊性,各级各类医疗机构医务人员经常加班,过劳的现象已成为常态。基于工作时间视角分析三级医院医务人员过劳状态及其影响,通过对我国东、中、西部5个省的10家三级医院2 000名医务工作者进行问卷调查,结果显示不同性别、学历、职称和岗位医务人员的工作时间有显著差异,在三级医疗机构81.5%的医务人员都存在加班的现象,医务人员工作时间长对离职倾向有显著性影响等。
As the particularity of the medical and health service industry,the overtime working of the medical staff at all levels of medical institutions has become normal.The study analyzes the status of“overwork”and its influence among medical staff in tertiary hospitals from the perspective of working hours.Through the questionnaire survey of 2 000 medical staff in 10 three-level hospitals covering 5 provinces in the east,middle and west of China,the results show that there are significant differences in working hours among medical staff with different genders,educational backgrounds,professional titles and positions in tertiary hospitals.81.5%medical staff are working overtime.The long working hours of medical staff has significant influence on their turnover intention.
