患者参与价值共创对医患双方的影响

Influence on Both Doctors and Patients from Patients' Participation in Value Co-creation

随着信息技术的进步,患者能够通过网络获取更多疾病诊疗相关信息和经验,医患间信息不对称在缩小,患者能够参与疾病诊疗过程,与医务人员一起商讨治疗方案,甚至可以大胆质疑对其施加治疗的医生。文章在阐述价值共创内涵、患者价值共创行为的基础上,通过探讨患者参与价值共创对医患双方产生的影响,了解其中的作用和存在的阻碍,促进价值共创在医疗领域的应用,倡导患者参与、医患共同合作提高疾病诊疗效果。

With the rapid development of information technology,patients can get more related information about disease treatment and experience through the network,which helps narrowing information asymmetry between doctors and patients.Now,patients can participate in disease treatment process,discuss treatment plans with doctors and even query their doctors.Based on the connotation of value co-creation and patients value co-creation behavior,the impact of patients’participation in value co-creation on both supplier and demander is explored,the positive effects and obstacles are understood.In order to promote the application of value co-creation in the medical field and advocate patients’participation,cooperation between supplier and demander is advocated to improve the treatment effect.
