摘要
目的检验谦卑型领导对护士工作投入的影响。方法采用横断面问卷调查法,收回有效问卷249份,有效回收率为91.54%。采用结构方程模型检验变量间的关系。结果谦卑型领导均值为(5.00±0.96)分,工作投入的均值为(4.40±1.35)分。谦卑型领导对护士工作投入(β=0.64,P<0.01)具有积极的预测作用。结论护理管理者的谦卑程度水平较高,工作投入水平处于中等水平,谦卑的护理管理者可以显著提升下属的工作投入度。
Objective To explore the effect of humble leadership behavior on the work engagement of nursing staff.Methods A total of 249 questionnaires was collected with a questionnaire survey,the effective response rate was 91.54%.The structural equation model was used to test the relations among variables.Results The mean scores of humble leadership behavior and work engagement respectively were(5.00±0.96),and(4.40±1.35);Moreover,humble leadership behavior had a significantly positive influence on the work engagement(β=0.64,P<0.01)of nursing staffs.Conclusion The humility level of nursing managers is high,and the level of work engagement of nursing staffs is moderate.A humble nursing manager can promote subordinate’s work engagement.
