摘要 通过材质分析、金相检验等理化检验方法,对T530零效蒸发器裂纹的微观组织、断口形貌、腐蚀产物等进行了分析。结果表明,T530零效蒸发器在富含氯、氧的环境中,在介质和拉应力作用下,发生了氯化物应力腐蚀开裂,氧加快了氯化物应力腐蚀开裂;由于其工艺特点,决定了奥氏体不锈钢制T530零效蒸发器发生氯化物应力腐蚀开裂是不可避免的。 The microstructure,fracture morphology and corrosion products of T530 zero-effect evaporator were analyzed by physical and chemical testing methods such as material analysis and metallographic examination.The results show that in the environment of chlorine and oxygen rich T530 zero-effect evaporator,chloride stress corrosion cracking occurred under the action of the medium and tensile stress.Oxygen accelerated chloride stress corrosion cracking.Due to its technological characteristics,chloride stress corrosion cracking occurred in the T530 zero-effect evaporator made of austenitic stainless steel is ineluctable.
