摘要
以科技型人才聚集区域为研究对象,创新性地引入复杂网络确定科技型人才聚集核心城市,并结合威尔逊模型和场强模型测度科技型人才聚集城市的辐射效应。研究发现:我国科技型人才聚集具有较强的空间异质性,呈多层级"核心—外围"区域分布;科技型人才聚集核心区域辐射范围、辐射强度存在较大差异。进一步地,给出我国科技型人才聚集核心区域分布情况及辐射效应强度,并据此对相关区域提出优化人才结构的政策建议。
Taking the science and technology talent pooling area as the research object,the paper creatively introduces complex networks to determine the concentration of science and technology talents in the core cities.At the same time,the Wilson model and the field strength model are combined for the first time to measure the radiation effect of science and technology talent pooling cities.The results show that there is a large spatial heterogeneity in the gathering of science and technology talents in our country,with a multi-level core-periphery distribution;there is a big difference in the radiation range and radiation intensity in the core area where science and technology talents gather;At the same time,the paper gives the core area distribution and radiation effect intensity of the science and technology talents in our country.Based on this,some suggestions on how to optimize the development of talent structure are put forward to relevant regions in order to provide some theoretical reference for narrowing the development of the region.
