摘要
追随动机是追随领域的一个重要主题,但到目前为止,学术界对其内容与结构的探讨较少。结合因果取向理论和P-A理论提出了追随动机的概念及模型,并运用质性研究方法初步确定了本土组织情境下追随动机的测量题项;随后以探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对题项进行了实证检验;最终开发了一个包含2个因子9个题项的测量量表。研究发现,追随动机由关系诉求和参照调节两个一阶因子组成,测量题项具备较好信度与效度。研究结果进一步补充和完善了关于追随动机内容域的认知,有利于推进追随动机理论的实证研究,同时,也为领导者了解和把握追随者心理提供了理论参考。
Followership Motivation is an important topic in the followership field.So far,few discussions about it can be found.Based on the theory of causalityorientations and P-A theory,this study proposes the concept and model followership motivation.And we use qualitative method to explore some measurement items of followership motivation.Then,Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis have been carried out,and finally a scale of 2 dimensions including 9 items has been developed.The results show that"Followership Motivation"consists of two first-order factors,naming"reference regulation"and"relationship orientation",and their measurement items have a good reliability and validity.The results fill and improve existing cognition domain about Followership Motivation,and it is helpful to promote some relative empirical studies.In addition,it is also helpful for leaders going deep into followers.
