金属铜盐催化活化α-氨基酮合成2-氧代-乙脒系列化合物

摘要 通过铜的催化胺与α-氨基羰基化合物的氧化交叉偶联,实现了一种通用而温和的构建C—N键的方法.该方法适用于脂族伯胺、芳族伯胺或仲胺作为原料.当R2不同于R3时,可观察到两种异构体.该反应体系具有广泛的底物范围及温和的反应条件,为合成2-氧代-乙脒提供了一条简便高效的途径. In this work we report a general and mild method for the construction of carbon-nitrogen bond.Amines,either aliphatic primary amines,and aromatic primary amines or secondary amines were used as the starting materials.When R 2 was different from R 3,two isomers would be observed.In general,this reaction system has a broad substrate scope and provides a facile pathway for the synthesis of 2-oxo-acetamidines.
