光子治疗仪联合维生素E软胶囊治疗鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的效果观察

The therapeutic effects of photon combined with vitamine E on acute radiation induced skin injuryinpatientswith nasopharynx cancer

目的探讨光子治疗仪联合维生素E软胶囊对放射性皮炎的治疗效果。方法将60例合并发生Ⅱ和Ⅲ度放射性皮肤损伤的鼻咽癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组皮损处湿敷呋喃西林,无菌生理盐水清洗后予外涂芦荟胶。观察组在此基础上给予光子治疗仪联合维生素E治疗。结果观察对照组总有效率较高(P <0.05),疼痛评分较对照组低(P <0.05),放疗完成率较对照组高(P <0.05)。结论光子治疗仪联合维生素E治疗Ⅱ和Ⅲ度放射性皮肤损伤疗效确切,毒副作用小,对患者耐受良好,可减轻患者疼痛,并为放疗完成提供保障。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of photon treatment combined with vitamine E(Vit E)for acute radiation skin injury.Methods A total of 60 nasopharynx cancer patients without oral cavity invasion and having aⅡ°orⅢ°radiation skin injury were collected and randomly divide into two groups.The patients of the treatment group were covered with furacilin onto the wound surface,rinsed with saline and then exposed to photon therapeutic device for 15 min overcoating with Vit E on the wound surface.The patients of the control group were also covered with furacilin onto the wound surface firstly,and then rinsed with saline and overcoated aloe vera gel on the wound surface.Results The effective rate and complete rate of the treatment group were both significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).However,the pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Photon therapy combined with Vit E is an effective treatment for patients withⅡ°orⅢ°radiation skin injury,and could alleviate patient's pain and sufferings as well,which is also benefit for the nasopharynx cancer patients to accomplish radiotherapy successfully.
