葫芦籽油中脂肪酸成分分析及分离纯化工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究葫芦籽油中脂肪酸的成分及分离纯化工艺。方法采用索式提取法提取葫芦籽油,经GC-MS法测定葫芦籽油中脂肪酸各成分的相对含量。采用尿素包合法,以碘值为指标,经L9(34)正交设计,对分离纯化葫芦籽油不饱和脂肪酸工艺加以优化。结果葫芦籽油中脂肪酸的提取率为45.3%,脂肪酸中主要成分为亚油酸58.64%、棕榈酸12.16%、油酸11.85%、硬脂酸7.88%、花生酸甲酯1.11%。葫芦籽油中脂肪酸尿素包合最佳工艺为脂肪酸∶尿素(1∶3),搅拌处理1h,包合24h,包合温度0℃,脂肪酸回收为率22.54%,碘值为165.97,脂肪酸含量从70.49%提高到91.67%。结论该纯化工艺操作简便、稳定性好,适用于葫芦籽油脂中脂肪酸的分离纯化。 Objective To study the fatty acid composition and separation and purification process of Lagenaraia siceraria seed oil.Methods The crude fat of Lagenaraia siceraria seeds was extracted by cable extraction method and the relative content of each component was determined by GC-MS.Urea packing method was used to optimize the process of separating and purifying the unsaturated fatty acid of cucurbit seed oil by the orthogonal design of L-9(3+4)with iodine value.Results The crude fat extraction rate of Lagenaraia siceraria seeds reached 45.3%.GC-MS analysis showed that the main fatty acids were 58.64%of linoleic acid,12.16%of palmitic acid,11.85%of oleic acid,7.88%of stearic acid,and 1.11%of methyl aramate.The optimum conditions of the fatty acid urea inclusion of the Lagenaraia siceraria seed oil were as follows:the fatty acid:urea ratio was 1:3,stirring for 1 h,inclusion for 24 h with the freezing environment of 0℃,which the recovery rate of fatty acid can reach 22.54%,the iodine value reaches 165.97.and the content of unsaturated fatty acids increased from 70.49%to 91.67%.Conclusion The purification process is simple,stable and suitable for the separation and purification of fatty acids from the Lagenaraia siceraria seed oil.
