全风化花岗岩地层可灌性浆材试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 基于云南红河州区域全风化花岗岩地层可灌性分析,研究配制湿磨黏土水泥浆材,进行超细水泥、湿磨细水泥和湿磨黏土水泥在不同灌浆工艺下的室内对比试验,验证浆材可灌性能,得到云南红河州全风化花岗岩地层可灌性材料等级划分表。研究结果表明:原浆比重1.15,1.20,水固比0.6,1.0及1.2的湿磨黏土水泥浆材,平均粒径为4.5μm;析水率为0%~2%,稳定性好;凝结时间及流动度随水固比均在一定范围内可调;结石体28 d抗压强度可达5.0~21.7 MPa,满足一般灌浆加固要求。研究成果对指导现场施工及类似工程具有应用价值。 Based on the analysis of irrigability of the fully weathered granite stratum in Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan,this paper studies the preparation of wet grinding clay cement paste,and systematically studies the particle size,water release rate,setting time and compressive strength of stone body through laboratory tests.The results show that the concrete slurry with 1.15,1.20 and 0.6,1 and 1.2 wet ground clay cement slurry with an average diameter of 4.5μm;The water separation rate is 0%~2%,and the stability is good;The setting time and flow degree are adjustable with the water solid in a certain range;The 28 d compressive strength of the stone body could reach to 5.0~21.7 MPa,which meets the requirements of general grouting reinforcement.The laboratory tests of ultra-fine cement,wet grinding fine cement and wet grinding clay cement under different grouting processes in Yunnan Honghe fully weathered granite soil were carried out to verify the grouting performance of the slurry.Based on the formation pore width,irrigation ratio,irrigation rate and grouting technology,we can get the classification table of the total weathering granite stratum in Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan,the analysis of economic comparison shows that the research results are valuable for the guidance of field construction and similar projects.
