摘要
基于正交试验法设计试验方案,采用FDS数值模拟方法,研究排烟量、排烟口间距、排烟口开启方式和纵向风速对隧道内火灾情况下集中排烟效果的影响,并利用方差分析得出各因素对隧道集中排烟效果影响的显著程度。研究结果表明:在隧道盾构段火灾情况下,采用集中排烟时,排烟口开启方式和纵向风速对集中排烟效果有着特别显著的影响,排烟口间距对烟气蔓延范围有一定的影响。根据研究结果,隧道火灾情况下集中排烟时宜采用火源上下游对称开启排烟口方式,重点研究设计合理的纵向风速,结合火灾规模和烟羽流模型计算出的合理排烟量以及排烟口合理的间距,从而获得最佳烟气控制方案和排烟效率。
In order to research the influence of smoke exhaust volume,the distance of smoke vent,the opening mode of smoke vent and longitudinal ventilation velocities on smoke exhaust effect in tunnel,tests were designed based on orthogonal test method and FDS,the influence degree of factors was obtained by analysis of variance.The results show that in the case of fire in tunnel shield section,the opening mode of smoke vent and longitudinal ventilation velocities could be affected significantly on central smoke exhaust,the distance of smoke vent has a little effect on central smoke exhaust.In fire condition,central smoke exhaust should adopt the way of upstream and downstream symmetrical opening smoke vent,studying the longitudinal ventilation velocities specially and getting the best way of controlling smoke and the best efficiency with reasonable smoke exhaust volume and distance of smoke vent according to fire scale and plume model.
