摘要 理论分析目前主谐波源定位方法判断依据的差异性,提出了一种基于IEEE Std. 1459-2010非基波视在功率的主谐波源定位方法。分析了目前常用的谐波电压指标、谐波电流指标和谐波有功功率指标,认为它们的判断依据不同是导致主谐波源定位结果出现矛盾的根本所在,指出目前的问题所在是对于主谐波源定位没有一个固定的判断标准,并认为谐波有功功率指标用来评价谐波责任并不全面。通过计算系统和谐波源用户占用PCC点容量情况,从视在功率的角度对于主谐波源进行定位,更加全面准确。最后通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件中,在多谐波源存在的情况下,验证了该方法的有效性。 The theoretical analysis on the difference of judgment basis of current main harmonic source location methods is conducted,and a new method to locate main harmonic source based on nonfundamental apparent power in the IEEE Std.1459-2010 is proposed in this paper.The current methods are analyzed,such us index of harmonic voltage,harmonic current and active power,It is believed that their different judgment basis is the cause of the contradiction in the positioning result of the main harmonic source,and The key problem is that there is not a reference standard to locate main harmonic source,and the index of harmonic power cannot evaluate the harmonic responsibility entirely.Standing on the point of the apparent power,it is more accurate to locate main harmonic source by calculating the PCC point capacity occupancy of the utility and the customers.Finally,it proves that this method is feasible on the condition of multi-harmonic sources through using MATLAB/SIMULINK.
