镁渣湿法脱硫性能的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为实现以废治废,将镁渣用作湿法烟气脱硫的脱硫剂,研究了其脱硫产物与机理,并考察了含氧量、反应温度、镁渣量对脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,镁渣中的主要脱硫成分为Ca_2SiO_4,主要脱硫产物为CaSO_4及其晶体和CaSiO_3,主要反应机理是Ca_2SiO_4水化生成(CaO)_3(SiO_2)_2(H_2O)_3和Ca(OH)_2。烟气含氧量增加对脱硫效率提升有一定的作用,但也促使了pH迅速下降;反应温度越高,脱硫效率越低;镁渣量增加有利于提高脱硫效率。含氧量为2%(质量分数)、反应温度为30℃、镁渣量为0.2g时,饱和脱硫时间为48min。 In order to achieve waste recycling,magnesium slag was used as a desulfurizer to remove SO 2 in wet flue gas desulfurization.The desulfurization products and mechanism were studied.The influences of oxygen dose,reaction temperature and magnesium slag dose on the desulfurization efficiency were investigated.Results showed the main desulfurization component in magnesium slag was Ca 2SiO 4,and the main desulfurization products were CaSO 4 or its crystals and CaSiO 3.The desulfurization mechanism was Ca 2SiO 4 hydrating into(CaO)3(SiO 2)2(H 2O)3 and Ca(OH)2.The increase of oxygen dose in the flue gas had a positive influence on the desulfurization efficiency,but negative on pH.The higher the reaction temperature,the lower the desulfurization efficiency,while the influence of magnesium slag dose opposite.When oxygen dose was 2%(mass ratio),reaction temperature 30℃and magnesium slag dose 0.2 g,saturated desulfurization time was 48 min.
