摘要
为实现对针织装备的监测与控制,各针织企业主要采用各自建网和单独研发管理系统等方式,存在布网困难、无法互联互通、成本高等问题。提出采用布局便捷、成本低的无线局域网络,并接入互联网,构建统一的机联网平台,设计针织装备统一的互联互通协议,涵盖圆纬机、横机、经编机等3类主要针织装备,实现各企业的针织装备与云平台间能直接进行数据交互,云平台对生产数据实时处理,并存入云数据库系统,为针织企业提供统一的MES等服务功能。结果表明:针织装备通过云平台实现了互联互通,基本满足企业基于云平台的管理需求,并为针织行业奠定了大数据分析基础。
In order to realize the monitoring and control equipment,the knitting enterprise mainly adopts the respective network and separate R&D management system with the problems of difficult networking,incapability of interconnecting and intercommunicating,and high cost.The wireless local area network with convenient layout and low cost was proposed and accessed into the Internet,a unified platform was built,unified interconnection and intercommunication of agreement of knitting equipment was designed,covering three main types of knitting equipment of the circular knitting machine,the knitting machine and the warp knitting machine,and directly data exchange between the knitting equipment of all enterprises with the cloud platform was realized.The cloud platform real-time processed the production data,stored them in the cloud database system,and provided a unified MES service function for knitting enterprises.The experiment results prove that knitting equipment realizes interconnection and intercommunication by cloud platform,meeting the management needs of enterprises based on the cloud platform,and laying the foundation for big data analysis for the knitting industry.
