摘要
感应式磁力仪前置放大电路的性能严重影响磁力仪的探测精度。前置放大电路作为磁力仪的第一级,必须将其噪声减到最小。通过分析法国DEMETER卫星、美国THEMIS卫星和MMS卫星上应用的感应式磁力仪前置放大电路,分析表明,相比于使用在空间任务的分立式元件,在CMOS技术下,ASIC所得到的性能,在噪声和功耗方面,与分立式元件是相同的水平;而利用MCM-V技术以及ASIC可以很大程度上缩小其体积,符合未来小型化卫星设计的要求,并提出了星载感应式磁力仪前置放大电路的研究发展方向。
The performance of the preamplifier circuit of search-coil magnetometer seriously affects the detection accuracy of magnetometer.As the first stage of the magnetometer,the preamplifier must minimize its noise.By analyzing the preamplifier circuit of the French DEMETER satellite and United States THEMIS and MMS satellite,the analysis shown that an ASIC in CMOS technology is able to reach the same levels of performance,in terms of noise and power consumption as the discrete electronics used on space missions.MCM-V technology and ASIC can reduce its volume to a large extent,and meet the requirements of future miniaturized satellite design,and the research and development direction of the preamplifier circuit of the space-borne search-coil magnetometer is put forward.
