石油化工设备安装工程施工的质量控制

Quality Control of Construction in Petrochemical Equipment Installation Project

目前,随着科学技术的发展我国石油炼化产能不断提高,大型石油化工设备安装标准从追赶到严格于日本、欧盟标准,质量控制手段愈加成熟,质量管理方法也与世界接轨。对于石油化工生产来说,建设期设备安装质量是装置安全运行的关键环节,对平稳、持续的产出合格产品有着很大程度的影响。本文以整体到货设备进场安装及焊接为例,浅析石油化工设备安装质量控制。

At present,with the development of science and technology,the oil refining and chemical production capacity in our country has been continuously improved,and the installation standard of large petrochemical equipment has been from followed up to stricter than the standards of Japan and EU.The quality control methods are more and more mature,and the quality management methods are also in line with the world standards.For petrochemical production,the installation quality of equipment during the construction period is a key link in the safe operation of the device,which has a great influence on the stable and continuous output of qualified products.Taking the installation and welding of the whole arrival equipment as an example,this paper analyzes the quality control of petrochemical equipment installation.
