摘要
研发耐温、抗盐的聚合物对提高油田生产效率具有重要意义。本文以丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺基2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主要原料,基于耐高温交联聚合物冻胶配方,从温度,二价离子浓度,地层水条件等方面对该冻胶性能进行了简单的讨论及评价。研究发现,在500g水中加入12mL的聚合物,4mL交联剂之后,该冻胶具有耐温,耐盐等一系列优良特点。
Research and development of polymer with temperature resistance and salt resistance is of great significance for improving oilfield production efficiency.In this paper,the properties of the gelatin were discussed and evaluated in terms of temperature,divalent ion concentration and formation water conditions by using acrylamide(AM)and 2-acrylamide 2-Methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS)as the main raw material and based on the formula of high temperature resistant cross-linked polymer gelatin.After adding 12 mL polymer and 4 mL cross-linking agent into 500 g water,it was found that the gelatin had a series of excellent properties,such as temperature resistance and salt resistance.
