摘要
本文介绍了先进树脂基复合材料的优点及在新能源领域的发展现状。包括复合材料在新能源汽车(乘用车、客车)、风力发电中的使用情况。分别分析了复合材料在乘用车车身、客车车身、风力发电叶片中的结构与其功能之间的关系,以及该设计的必要性。分别介绍了这些复合材料部件的制造工艺及发展历史,展示出了复合材料在新能源领域应用的主要优势及必要性。
This paper introduces the advantages of advanced resin matrix composites and their development status in the field of new energy,including the use of composites in new energy vehicles(passenger cars,buses)and wind power generation.The relationship between the structure and the function of the composite material in the vehicle body,bus body and wind turbine blade is analyzed,as well as the necessity of the design.The manufacturing process and development history of these composite components are introduced respectively,and the main advantages and necessity of the application of composite materials in the field of new energy are demonstrated.
